Southern New York Association (SNYA) is an organization of over 60 residential healthcare facilities, both voluntary and proprietary, with approximately 16,000 beds in the southern New York area including NYC, Westchester, and Long Island. SNYA focuses on the preparation of the long‐term care community for the ever‐changing platform that is healthcare delivery in New York. Greater New York Health Care Facilities Association, Inc. (GNYHCFA) is a not‐for‐profit membership organization that provides
support services to approximately 80 NHs and Rehabilitation Centers in NYC, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland County, and upstate New York. These member facilities are licensed to treat approximately 18,000 patients and employ thousands of caretakers and support personnel. GNYHCFA provides regulatory, education, legal, labor, governmental representation, and life safety services to its members. |
