Greater New York Hospital Foundation, Inc. (GNYHF) is a membership and advocacy organization representing the not‐for profit and public long‐term care (LTC) provider community in the New York City metropolitan area and beyond. GNYHF’s purpose and mission is to shape through advocacy, research, and education, an environment that supports the delivery of and access to continuing care services of the highest quality and to provide support to state and national leadership in advancing effective continuing care policies and practices through the collective experience, vision, and efforts of its members.

Southern New York Association (SNYA) is an organization of over 60 residential healthcare facilities, both voluntary and proprietary, with approximately 16,000 beds in the southern New York area including NYC, Westchester, and Long Island. SNYA focuses on the preparation of the long‐term care community for the ever‐changing platform that is healthcare delivery in New York. Through its advocacy, education, and compliance programs, SNYA members are continually updated in operational
methodologies and care techniques applicable to the effective, economical, and compassionate provision of long‐term care.

Greater New York Health Care Facilities Association, Inc. (GNYHCFA) is a not‐for‐profit membership organization that provides
support services to approximately 80 NHs and Rehabilitation Centers in NYC, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland County, and upstate New York. These member facilities are licensed to treat approximately 18,000 patients and employ thousands of caretakers and support personnel. GNYHCFA provides regulatory, education, legal, labor, governmental representation, and life safety services to its members.

Founded in 1974, HCP represents home and community-based care providers across New York State through advocacy, information and education. HCP’s Provider members include Licensed Home Care Service Agencies (LHCSAs), Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs), Hospices, and health related organizations (HROs), as well as Associate members that provide products and services specifically developed for home care providers. HCP is also supported by a strong network of regional Chapters that build community at the local level and provide essential grassroots support for HCP’s advocacy efforts.

Empire State Association of Assisted Living (ESAAL) is a not-for-profit organization that has been dedicated to strengthening New York State’s assisted living network and promoting the best interests of providers and residents since 1979. ESAAL is the only association that exclusively represents the assisted living provider network, serving more than 280 licensed Assisted Living Residences, Adult Homes and Enriched Housing Programs throughout New York State. These member residences are home to more than 23,000 seniors.
