Founded in 1974, HCP represents home and community-based care providers across New York State through advocacy, information and education. HCP’s Provider members include Licensed Home Care Service Agencies (LHCSAs), Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs), Hospices, and health related organizations (HROs), as well as Associate members that provide products and services specifically developed for home care providers. HCP is also supported by a strong network of regional Chapters that build community at the local level and provide essential grassroots support for HCP’s advocacy efforts. |
