The SI Joint – An Undiagnosed Cause of Low Back Pain
In this presentation, Dr. Frank addresses the incidence and prevalence of SI joint pain in today’s workforce along with common mechanisms of injury. Additionally, he will provide best practices regarding diagnosis and treatment of the condition, including the use of a surgical fusion performed with a minimally invasive technique using I Fuse sacroiliac joint fusion implants from the SI bone. Dr. Frank will also discuss the results of multiple clinical research trials which compare surgical treatment of SI joint pain to nonsurgical treatment.
