WI WC Forum, Inc. Exhibitor Rules & Regulations

Desired Vendors – The vendor display area is intended for those companies offering products, equipment and services that are related to worker’s compensation and/or the management of injured workers. Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Forum, Inc. (“Forum”) reserves the right to determine eligibility of any applicant for our vendor display area.

Assignment of Vendor Display Area – Assignment of available space will be made by the Forum. Considerations include past support of the Forum, and offering our attendees a good cross section of different exhibitor categories. The Forum always reserves the final decision and the right, in the best interests of the Forum, to amend the floor plan, and to assign, or relocate assigned spaces in areas other than that described in our reply form. The Forum reserves the right to reject or terminate exhibit privileges of any vendor or sponsor including personnel, in whole or in part, which the Forum believes are not compatible with the purposes of the Forum and exhibition, or for any other reason in the opinion of the Forum.

Other Events – Sponsor and vendor companies are prohibited from sponsoring or holding other events, parties, hospitality suites, etc. at the event hotel on the days of the Forum, or on the day prior to or the day after the Forum without advance approval from the Forum. Violation of this rule may be grounds to prohibit the sponsor or vendor from future events.

Cost of Exhibit Space – The cost of the vendor display space is noted in the reply form. Cost includes: a table approximately 6 foot with draping (if requested). We will attempt to meet your requests for a power supply.

Hold Harmless Clause – The Vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to the vendor’s display, equipment, and other property brought upon the hotel premises and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the seminar site, the Forum, its officers, directors, or agents from any and all such possible losses, damages and claims.

Vendor Display Hours – The vendor display area will be open Wednesday from 11:30am – 4:00pm and Thursday from 7:00am until the afternoon break is completed (approximately 3PM). Vendor displays should only be removed after the afternoon break.

Subleasing – Vendors may not sublet, sub-divide or assign their space to any other parties.

Smoking – Smoking is NOT permitted on the premises.

Refunds and Cancellations – Vendors may request a partial refund of their vendor display fee ($650.00) up to September 15th of the current event year.

Your submitted application for vendor display space indicates your agreement to abide by these rules and regulations.
