What are the trip inclusions?
M3 is providing the following for you and your guest:

• One Bedroom Ocean View Suite accommodations for four nights at The Palms Turks and Caicos
• Round-trip air travel, arrival & departure transport
• Opening Night Reception & Dinner, Beach Hospitality Day, Final Night Reception & Dinner
• $500 room credit
• $500 optional activity allowance

What is the room credit?
A $500 credit will be added to your room account. The credit is intended to supplement charges that fall outside of the planned group meals and optional activities. All purchases made within The Palms– restaurants, bars, retail and Rosewood fee-based fitness classes- may be charged to your room account. Upon check-out you will be asked to pay the balance of room charges exceeding the $500 credit.

What is the activity allowance?
Our trip program includes up to a $500 optional activity allowance per couple. Allowance may be used toward any of the optional activity offerings. You and your guest may choose to select multiple activities, exceeding the $500 allowance. Activity costs exceeding the allowance will be calculated upon return. Itemized charges will be shared with you post trip and the difference payroll deducted. To see the activity descriptions, visit this page.

Can I extend my trip?
You may choose to extend your trip beyond the scheduled May 1st departure date. The option will be made available to you during the registration process.

Guests extending their stay are responsible for return airport transport arrangements. If plans change, guests will be responsible for any cancellation fees incurred. Fire Light Group, our travel partner, will contact you to take care of extension details.

What are the flight options?
Multiple airlines will be utilized in an effort to comply with M3’s travel policy. Your flight will depart from the preferred airport selected during the registration. Flights to be secured in January. Expect to receive flight confirmation details via an email from FIRE Light Group, M3’s incentive travel partner. Email confirmation will include instructions for those individuals interested in upgrading tickets.

What is the temperature like in Turks in April?
The average highs in early April are in the mid 80s and lows in the mid 70s.

I have a special need/allergy, will I be taken care of?
If you let us know on your registration form what your special needs/allergies are, we will do our best to accommodate them.

What is the time zone?
Turks and Caicos is in Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) and does observe daylight savings time.
